Tried the new Thai restaurant in Forest Lake. Lovely new restaurant. Very busy and the staff were very overwhelmed at times. We decided on take away and the food was very good. We tried the prawn dumplings, curry puffs, chicken pad thai and yellow curry. Will definitely try again and maybe dine in next time. We finally had time to come back and decided to eat in. The staff were so attentive and food arrived swiftly and was amazing. Will definitely frequent again.

I’ve been here about 5 times now and all their stir fry dishes are delicious. There’s a good ratio of meat, vegetables, and rice. Their tom yum soup, curry paste fried rice, and stir fried rice noodles were also amazing

Tried Khao Thai on probably one of their busiest nights (Valentines Day). While staff was very kind and polite could tell staff were stressed and way understaffed. Took 30mins just to order, missed our order and only complained with staff when people who came 20mins after us was getting food already. Once the food finally came everything was delicious. At least the chefs were on point that night! Deep fried whole fish was the star of the night! 5⭐ on the food!

I loved the convenient menu outside the store, it gave us a little preview of the food choices available and the prices we were going to pay. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with warm lighting and hanging plants. We order the mixed seafood Pad Thai and chicken green curry. The green curry was a 7.5/10 and the seafood Pad Thai was absolutely delicious. 10/10. The price for the food was expensive ($52.88 for 2 people) for its portion. But overall we enjoyed this dining experience and would recommend coming here

Second time here. Wasn't thrilled first time at the cost. This time it was a friends birthday and we went at lunch. They offer a lunch menu for $16. I ordered from the main menu and had Tom yum soup which was a solid 4/5. Everyone appeared happy with their meals, one said their dish was so so but overall great value. Owner was friendly. Try it see what you think.

Heard from friends that it was good, decided to try and yes it was very good. Loved the chicken Thai fried rice, beef stir fry had a kick of spice and basil (delicious), the prawn tom yum soup had a good kick to it. The massaman was just ok, the meat was a bit dry but overall taste was good. Will definitely be coming back again!
